Key features

Built for pure, dry air

  • +3°C pressure dew point

Stable dew point across the full load range — ISO 8573-1 Class 4 air quality.

  • 16 bar working pressure

Heavy-duty construction handles any standard plant-air system pressure.

  • DMC35 digital controller

Digital display with dew-point monitoring, alarms and energy-saving mode.

  • Aluminium heat exchanger

High-efficiency exchanger with low pressure drop, so the compressor works less.

  • Automatic condensate drain

Removes condensate automatically — no manual draining.

  • Energy efficient

The refrigerant circuit cycles to match demand and draws power only when drying is needed.

  • Compact design

Footprints from 360 × 430 mm fit beside the compressor in any plant room.

  • Easy maintenance

Front-access service points and a washable condenser filter cut service time.

Sizing guide

How to size your dryer

Heat and high inlet temperatures reduce what a dryer can handle. Correct the compressor flow with the factors below, then pick the first model that covers it.

  1. Compressor FAD

Take your compressor's free air delivery in L/min.

    PLUS 22-10 → 3000 L/min
  2. Apply site factors

Divide the FAD by F1 × F2 × F3 × F4 for your pressure, ambient, inlet and dew point.

    3000 ÷ (1.05 × 0.79 × 0.67 × 1.00) = 5398
  3. Pick your RD model

Choose the first model whose rated flow is equal to or above the result.

    5398 L/min → RD63

FAQ

Air dryer questions, answered

Compressed air leaves the compressor hot and saturated with moisture. As it cools in pipes and tanks, water condenses — causing rust, damaged tools, spoiled paint jobs and contaminated products. A refrigerated dryer removes this moisture before it reaches your air lines.

It is the temperature at which moisture starts to condense in your air lines. A +3°C PDP (ISO 8573-1 Class 4) means no liquid water as long as the pipework stays above 3°C, which suits general industrial applications.

Usually, yes. Hot plant rooms and high inlet temperatures reduce dryer capacity, so correct the compressor FAD with the sizing factors above. In hot Gulf summers with plant rooms at 45°C or more, add extra margin.

After the air receiver and before filtration and the point of use, with clean, cool intake air and space around the cabinet for ventilation. Keep it away from direct sun and hot equipment.
